Amplex was founded in 1997 as a family-owned business and has grown into a trusted and agile supplier of cables and related products. Backed by nearly 30 years of successful project delivery, we remain focused on providing timely and responsive service. Amplex operates with a comprehensive support structure encompassing Quality Assurance, Sales, Customer Service, Contractual Compliance, and Warehousing and Logistics.  

We strive to exceed customer expectations through a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other legal requirements. 

To achieve this commitment, Amplex will: 

  • Understand and meet the agreed requirements of our clients to enhance their satisfaction. 
  • Adhere to all applicable statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements. 
  • Implement and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) that ensures consistency in service delivery and aligns with ISO 9001:2015 standards. 
  • Work with reliable external providers and suppliers who share our commitment to quality. 
  • Conduct all relevant technical testing and checks in a timely manner to ensure all products meet the highest quality standards and are free from defects. 
  • Maintain clean and safe working environments by always implementing protective measures in the office, in the warehouse, and during logistics.  
  • Foster a culture of continual improvement by regularly reviewing our processes and performance to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Provide induction, training, and development programs to ensure all employees and subcontractors understand and follow our systems and procedures. 
  • Ensure the necessary resources are available to maintain and improve service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. 
  • Actively consult and communicate with employees, contractors, and other stakeholders to uphold quality standards and best practices. 

This Quality Policy applies to all employees, suppliers, and external providers working with Amplex. It will be reviewed periodically to ensure its relevance to our operations and commitment to continual improvement.
